Working closely with RB&E Operations and the Hotel Marketing team, you will develop commercially focused campaigns, compelling content, partnerships, events and digital initiatives that strengthen each outlet’s positioning, attract more guests and drive revenue.\nKey Responsibilities\nDevelop annual and quarterly marketing plans aligned with business priorities, key trading periods and revenue targets.\nPlan and execute integrated campaigns, promotions, events, activations, partnerships and seasonal initiatives.\nServe as the key link between RB&E Operations and the Hotel Marketing team, ensuring aligned priorities and campaign calendars.\nOversee social media, digital marketing, CRM campaigns and online content across relevant platforms.\nCreate engaging content that showcases culinary and beverage talent, signature experiences, collaborations and destination stories.\nCoordinate photography, video, marketing collateral and other creative assets with internal teams, agencies and partners.\nManage marketing budgets and monitor return on investment.\nTrack campaign performance across awareness, engagement, bookings, visitation, guest acquisition and revenue.\nMonitor market trends, customer preferences and competitor activity to identify new commercial opportunities.\nCollaborate with restaurant, bar, culinary, commercial and marketing teams to deliver projects effectively and on time.\nAs RB&E Marketing Manager, We Expect You to Have\nA bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or a related field.\nAt least five years of relevant marketing experience, preferably within luxury hospitality, restaurants, lifestyle, entertainment or premium consumer brands.\nStrong knowledge of digital marketing, social media, CRM, content creation and brand storytelling.\nProven experience delivering integrated campaigns, events, partnerships and promotions that generate measurable results.\nA strong commercial mindset, with the ability to connect marketing activity to visitation, engagement and business performance.\nStrong written and verbal communication skills, with excellent attention to detail.\nAn analytical mindset and the ability to interpret campaign results and market insights.\nCreativity, initiative and strong organisational and project-management skills.\nExperience managing agencies, creative partners, content production and marketing budgets.\nAn understanding of restaurant and bar audiences, consumer behaviour and local market dynamics.\nThe ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.\nStrong interpersonal and stakeholder-management skills.\nA good command of English; additional language skills would be an advantage.\nProfessionalism, adaptability and a genuine passion for hospitality, storytelling and memorable guest experiences.\nOur commitment to you\nLearning & Development.
