Increasingly recognised for creating some of the world’s most sought-after properties, the Group provides legendary service inspired by Asian heritage whilst representing the very cutting-edge of luxury experiences.\nAs a Receptionist at Mandarin Oriental Hyde Park, London, you will be responsible for:\nWarmly greeting guests upon check-in and check-out, ensuring our standards are met at all times.\nPreparing reports such as credit check and departures.\nIssuing refunds, invoices and guest gift cards.\nAnswering guest phone calls and collaborating with other departments to fulfil guest requests.\nAs a Receptionist, you will be working on a rotating shift basis, Monday to Sunday, 39 hours a week. Shift patterns will vary from morning, evening, and the occasional night shifts (including weekends and bank holidays), so flexibility is required where applicable.\nTo be a successful Receptionist candidate, you will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and a passion for delivering high quality customer service.
