This role focuses on operational support, guest service excellence, and coordination across RB&E outlets to ensure smooth daily operations.\nThe Restaurants, Bars & Experiences Intern reports to the RB&E Manager and works closely with Outlet Managers, Supervisors, and Service Teams across Restaurants, Bars & Experiences Outlets.\nAs Restaurants, Bars & Experiences Intern, you will be responsible for the following duties:\nRestaurants, Bars & Experiences Operations Support\nAssist in daily operations of restaurants and/or banqueting services.\nSupport service teams in delivering high-quality guest experiences.\nAdministration & Coordination\nAssist with basic administrative tasks related to RB&E operations.\nSupport inventory tracking, requisitions, and outlet documentation.\nCoordinate with kitchen and service teams to ensure smooth service flow.\nGuest Experience & Communication\nInteract professionally and courteously with guests, responding to basic inquiries and requests.\nSupport the team in handling guest feedback and service recovery when required.\nCommunicate effectively with colleagues to ensure seamless operations.\nLearning & Development\nLearn about Restaurants, Bars & Experiences service standards, menu knowledge, and hygiene practices.\nAdditional Responsibilities\nPerform other operational or administrative tasks as required to support the Restaurants, Bars & Experiences department.\nAs Restaurants, Bars & Experiences Intern, we expect from you:\nCurrently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, Culinary Arts, or a related field.\nStrong interest in Restaurants, Bars & Experiences operations and hospitality service excellence.\nGood command of English with basic communication skills.\nPositive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.\nWell-groomed, disciplined, and able to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.\nOur commitment to you\nLearning & Development.
