This role ensures smooth administrative processes, accurate reporting, and effective coordination across departments to achieve sales targets. The Sales Admin Trainee reports to the Director of Events and collaborates closely with the Sales Managers.\nAs Sales Admin Intern, you will be responsible for the following duties:\nSales Support\nAssist in preparing proposals, contracts, and client correspondence.\nMaintain and update client databases and sales records.\nAdministration\nPrepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.\nHandle filing, documentation, and follow-up on pending contracts.\nCoordinate meeting schedules and logistics for the Sales team.\nCommunication\nDraft and distribute internal updates on sales activities.\nSupport in preparing presentations and visual materials for client pitches.\nAdditional Responsibilities\nPerform other administrative tasks as required to support the Sales & Marketing department.\nAs Sales Admin Intern, we expect from you:\nCurrently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field.\nStrong interest in sales, client relations, and hospitality business development.\nGood command of English and strong communication skills.\nDetail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.\nOur commitment to you\nLearning & Development.
