The Sales Coordinator reports to the Director of Sales / Senior Sales Manager / Sales Manager.\nAs Sales Coordinator, you will be responsible for the following duties:\nTo assist Sales Managers to seek and development of new potential accounts through direct enquiries, Sales Leads - local and overseas, Sales Blitz follow up\n\nTo ensure all local enquiries within 6 hours and overseas enquiries within 24 hours\n\nTo review daily arrival, to be fully aware of clients’ / group presence in the hotel and help when necessary\n\nTo follow up on all tentative and prospect group bookings for on behalf Managers\n\nAs Sales Coordinator, we expect from you:\nDegree or Diploma in Hospitality Management, Hotel and Business administration or equivalent\n\nBe able to problem-solve, create and maintain schedules, be both a prepared and is a flexible person\n\nPleasant personality, able to work with minimum supervision. has positive attitude, details and most importantly a team player\n\nOur commitment to you\nLearning & Development.
