The Sales Executive reports to the Director of Sales / Director of Commercial Strategy.\nAs Sales Executive, you will be responsible for the following duties:\nTo respond to all local enquiries within 6 hours and overseas enquiries within 24 hours\nEffective follow-ups are to be conducted for such enquiries\nTo effectively utilize the standard forms and letters and ensures that such forms and letters are presented in a most professional manner\nTo assist the Sales Managers in answering telephone inquiries, preparing banquet event orders and proposals, menus and general administration\nTo ensure that event orders and other important documentation are prepared in a meticulous detail and presented in the most professional manner\nTo ensure that event orders and other important information are distributed to support departments timely\nEffectively operate and utilize the e-yield management system.\nTo effectively use all available sales tools\nMaintains all client and event files according to the standards required\nAs Sales Executive, we expect from you:\nDegree or Diploma in Hospitality Management\nMinimum 2 years of hotel experience would be an advantage\nExperience in relevant market segment is essential\nAble to liaise effectively with corporate, conference and travel accounts\nStrong business communication and selling skills\nOur commitment to you\nLearning & Development.
