About the job
Based at the Mandarin Oriental, Hong Kong within Security Department in Hong Kong, the Security Supervisor is responsible for completing responsibilities for hotel as security needed. The Security Supervisor reports to the Security Manager.
As Security Supervisor, you will be responsible for the following duties:
- Provide supervisory guidance and support to all Security Officers;
- Perform Hotel security daily duties such as access control, regular patrol and incident handling;
- Arrange the duties for the shift and be responsible for the efficient discharge of duties by subordinates;
- Assist in the development and implementation of Standard Operating Procedures for the Department;
- Respond to all accidents and assist guests / staff during emergency situations;
- Prepare, review and follow-up on all incident, loss and accident reports;
- Monitor CCTV, Perimeter-Alarm System, and Fire Life Safety System;
- Protect and safeguard all guests and staff, their belongings and all hotel assets.
As Security Supervisor, we expect from you:
- At least 3 to 5 years related working experience;
- Experienced in report writing and in carrying out investigations;
- Knowledge of CCTV, BMS & AFA systems;
- Honest, Self-motivated and Responsible;
- Holder of valid Security Personnel Permit;
- Holder of First Aid, CPR and AED Training is an advantage;
- Fluent in Cantonese, and basic English & Mandarin;
- Shift duty is required.
