The Security Supervisor reports to the Security Manager.\nAs Security Supervisor, you will be responsible for the following duties:\nDrive the day-to-day Security Operation through the effective and efficient leadership of a team of Security Officers.\nOffer practical guidance and coaching to all junior colleagues, ensuring that Hotel and Departmental standards are strictly and consistently maintained.\nSafeguard all information relating to the Hotel, Guests and Company.\nProject an impeccable professional, confident, efficient and reassuring image to all Hotel guests, patrons, visitors and colleagues alike.\nAct as a perfect role model to all Security Officers - Lead from the front - carry out all duties to a high standard as a constant demonstration of example.\nConducts regular checks of guest room security features e.g. safes, security latches, peepholes and emergency buttons.\nEnsures high levels of guard tour patrol compliance amongst all security officers.\nEnvironmental care: re-using, recycling or selling waste; conserves water and energy at all available opportunities and maintain clean surroundings of all Hotel areas, including the Security Control Room.\nFacilitates effective and reliable communication flow across the three shift teams (e.g. Comprehensive handovers to the next Shift Supervisor) ensuring that all intelligence, information and developments are efficiently and accurately exchanged throughout the department.\nAttends to routine and critical Emergency Response activations and conducts appropriate drills and training.\nGenerate monthly duty rosters and submit to Security Manager / SM.\nChair pre-shift briefings, ensuring that all security officers are fully updated with relevant information.\nDeploy manpower resources efficiently and effectively in order to meet planned and reasonably foreseeable unplanned daily operational demands.\nInform the Security Manager / SM of any necessary overtime requirements, with full justifications.\nCoordinate specified refreshment breaks (meals etc) without compromising operational standards.\nDirect hands-on support / assistance to front line Officers, paying attention to peak periods etc.\nImmediate response to security and safety occurrences (e.g. incidents and accidents).\nAs Security Supervisor, we expect from you:\nMinimum 3 years’ experience of the same capacity in international 5-star luxury hotels.\nWell organized and structured\nStrong communication and interpersonal skills, open mind of different culture, friendly, approachable and sociable\nMotivational with enthusiastic character with excellent listening skills\nGood command in English, knowledge in other languages is an advantage.\nCandidates with less experiences will be considered as Senior Security Officer / Security Officer.\nOur commitment to you\nLearning & Development.
