Its timeless elegance, central location and panoramic views are complemented by Mandarin Oriental’s signature service to ensure a truly unforgettable Arabian experience.\nAbout the job\nBased at the Mandarin Oriental Al Faisaliah Riyadh within the Spa Department in Riyadh, the Spa Operations Manager is responsible for, but not limited to, Spa and Wellness team. In addition, the direct functionality of the Spa Operations Manager is to maintain a high level of service and oversee all operating aspects of the Spa and Wellness facility. While at the same time ensuring levels of service are compliant with the standards outlined by the Group Spa division.\nAs Spa Operations Manager, you will be responsible for the following duties:\nIt is part of your role to understand and comply with all corporate and hotel policies and standard operating procedures.\nMOHG Code of Conduct requires that all business activities and business decisions comply with the general law, with all rules, regulations, and other requirements.\nEnsure the colleagues’ career path and development needs are being prioritised and documented in accordance with the MO Profile online system.\nEnsure that all standards of LQE, MOQA and Forbes are followed consistently.\nHold monthly meetings with all colleagues to assure they have a forum to voice any concerns or challenges and share departmental and hotel information.\nAsSpa Operations Manager, we expect from you:\nResponsible for the operations of the entire Spa & Wellness including guest interactions.\nReview treatments and notes on Spa Soft.\nCoordinate scheduling of duty rosters, annual leave and bank holidays for all colleagues.\nResponsible for motivating retail sales and ensure that all sales are recorded accurately.\nDaily briefings with spa team.\nMonthly meetings with all Spa colleagues. A written agenda must be prepared and Spa Operations Manager will ensure written minutes are distributed to all spa colleagues and People & Culture following the meeting.\nEnsure purchasing requests are submitted once per month or once every three months for all professional products.\nEnsuring that all accounting procedures are followed. Initiating accounting procedures.
