The Stewarding Supervisor - Terrace Boulud reports to the Restaurant Manager - Terrace Boulud.\nAs Stewarding Supervisor - Terrace Boulud, you will be responsible for the following duties:\nEnsure that all Food and Beverage back of the house areas are cleaned up to the hotel’s set standards and that there are no infringements of health and safety of fire regulations\n\nConduct daily hygiene and cleaning checks of all operation areas to ensure they are clean and in good condition\n\nEnsure that all operating equipment is handled and stored in a correct manner in all areas\n\nEnsure that all operating equipment is washed and cleaned in the correct manner\n\nFamiliarize with the handling and use of all cleaning equipment used in Stewarding and ensure that all staff is familiar with their correct use\n\nControl stores operation and monitor the re-ordering level\n\nMonitor the sanitation check system by using the daily sanitation and cleaning check lists\n\nPerform any other reasonable duties as required by the department head from time to time\n\nAs Stewarding Supervisor - Terrace Boulud, we expect from you:\nAt least 4 years of relevant working experience in similar capacity in hotel Food & Beverage, preferably with pre-opening experience in a luxury hotel\n\nGood command in spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese\n\nFlexible and willing to work shift duties\n\nOur commitment to you\nLearning & Development.
