Supervisor reports to the Senior Assistant Manager.\nAs Supervisor, you will be responsible for the following duties:\nConduct daily hygiene and cleaning checks in all areas of restaurant\n\nMonitor the food & beverage is delivered to guests in accordance with our standards and quality.\n\nTo ensure that all tables are prepared to the reservation list specifications prior to guest arrival.\n\nTo ensure that colleagues are aware of any special attention, occasions, or concerns that may affect the sections during service\n\nThe ability to have a high level of food and beverage knowledge therefore able to discuss with guests and train colleagues including the co-ordination of tasting new products with pick-up charts.\n\nCommunicate information via regular team briefings\n\nKeep track on restaurant’s stores inventory\n\nTo be aware of and adhere to company policies and statutory requirements with regards to health and safety, sanitation, fire procedures and HACCP\n\nAssist in the overall supervision and control of the activities of the restaurant\n\nMake suggestions to improve the efficiency of the operations that will benefit our colleagues\n\nPerform any other duties as required by your department head from time to time.\n\nAs Supervisor, we expect from you:\nRelevant experience in F&B or hotel industry\n\nExperience in restaurant or sizeable hotels is an advantage\n\nGood time management, service-orientated and able to work independently\n\nA team player with excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills\n\nProficient in Cantonese and English.
