The Restaurant Supervisor reports directly to the Restaurant Manager/Assistant Manager and supervises the entire restaurant staff.\nAs Pavilion supervisor, you will be responsible for the following duties:\nSupport company's philosophy and company culture using Guiding Principles and D.E.L.I.G.H.T as part of ensuring guest satisfaction and the achievement of our Mission Statement\nAlways provide excellent service to all our guests.\nAssist guest courteously and efficiently.\nManaging day to day operations\nAlways supervise the maintenance and cleanliness of the restaurant.\nExcellent knowledge of food and beverage, including being able to service and sell the product\nTo manage proper staffing level\nAssist manager with scheduling, recruitment and interviewing for new colleagues.\nAssist manager with colleagues training and development.\nAssist manager with monthly departmental meeting.\nAssist manager with conducting of daily communication meeting with staff prior to shift.\nTo visit all our guest tables during or after their visit, to ensure satisfaction.\nTo manage, coach, and counsel colleagues, including disciplinary procedures.\nUphold and enforce all hotel policies and procedures as stated in hotel colleague handbook.\nAttend weekly and monthly Food & Beverage meeting.\nCommunicate all group information/changes to existing information to appropriate hotel colleagues in an accurate and timely manner.\nEntertain clients, as appropriate.\nLead daily departmental meeting.\nHas strong sense of responsibility for financial goals set forth by the company.\nBe responsible for guest and colleague satisfaction scores.\nAs Pavilion supervisor, we expect from you:\nCustomer focused\nTeam Player\nDelivers your best\nTrustworthy and responsible\nOur commitment to you\nLearning & Development.
