Nestled between rainforest and sea, each suite and villa is a study in quiet luxury, thoughtfully framed by nature and attuned to the rhythm of the land.\nAbout the job\nThe Team Leader, Purchasing is responsible for supporting procurement operations by supervising daily purchasing activities, ensuring timely sourcing of goods and services, and maintaining strong supplier relationships. This role ensures all purchasing processes are efficient, cost-effective, and compliant with company policies.\nAsTeam Leader, Purchasingyou will be responsible for the following duties:\nPurchasing Operations\nSupervise day-to-day purchasing activities and purchase order processing.\nEnsure all purchase requests are handled promptly and accurately.\nFollow up on orders to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.\nMaintain proper documentation of all procurement transactions.\nSupplier Coordination\nLiaise with suppliers regarding pricing, delivery schedules, and order status.\nAssist in evaluating supplier performance and resolving issues.\nSupport in sourcing new suppliers when required.\nMaintain updated supplier records and agreements.\nInventory & Stock Control Support\nCoordinate with warehouse and operations teams to monitor stock levels.\nAssist in ensuring availability of required materials without overstocking.\nHighlight potential shortages or delays to management.\nCost & Efficiency Management\nAssist in identifying cost-saving opportunities.\nCompare quotations and support price negotiations.\nEnsure purchases align with approved budgets and company guidelines.\nCompliance & Documentation\nEnsure all purchasing activities comply with company policies.\nMaintain accurate records of purchase orders, invoices, and delivery notes.\nSupport audits by providing required procurement documentation.\nTeam Support & Coordination\nSupervise purchasing assistants or clerks where applicable.\nProvide guidance and support in daily procurement tasks.\nCoordinate closely with Finance, Operations, and other departments.\nAs Team Leader, Purchasing,we expect from you:\nDiploma or Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field.\n2-4 years of experience in purchasing or procurement.\nGood negotiation and communication skills.\nStrong organizational and coordination abilities.\nProficiency in MS Office and procurement systems.\nOur commitment to you\nLearning & Development.
