The successful candidate will ensure that all technology platforms, systems,\n\nand infrastructure support operational exceller\n\nKEY RESPONSIBILITIES\n\nDevelop and implement the hotel's overall IT strategy aligned with business objectives.\n\nlead the management, maintenance, and continuous improvement of all IT infrastructure, networks, systems, cloud and applications.\n\n\"Oversee hotel technology platforms including PMS, POS, ERP, guest Wi-Fi, telephony systems, CCTV, access control\n\nsystems, and digital guest service solutions.\nmEnsure the highest standards of\n\ncybersecurity, data privacy, compliance, and business continuity.\n\n=Drive digital transformation initiatives and identify emerging technologies that enhance operational efficiency and guest\n\nengagement\nManage IT budgets, vendor relationships, service contracts, and technology investments.\n\nSLead system upgrades, integrations, and implementation of new technologies\nBEstablish and maintain back-up, disaster recovery and business continuity plans.\nmProvide strategic technology advice to the executive leadership team,\nDevelop, mentor, and inspire the IT team\n\nnce, business growth, and exceptional guest satisfaction.\n\nWHAT YOU WILL BRING\n\n\"Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology,\nComputer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline.\n\n1 Minimum of 5 years of progressive IT leadership experience, preferably within the hospitality, tourism, or service sectors.\n\n™ Strong knowledge of hotel systems, networking, cloud technologies, cybersecurity, and enterprise\n\napplications.\n™Proven experience managing ~—_-complex\nIT environments and leading _ technology\n\ntransformation projects.\n\n™Strong commercial acumen with experience in budget management and vendor negotiations.\n\n\"Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.\n\n™ Professional certifications such as, CISM, PMP,\nMicrosoft, Cisco, or related
