We rise above industry standards when every associate embraces their unique role and seizes the opportunity to make an impact.\nAs a Floating Assistant Community Manager with Bell, you will assist the Community Manager with training, the financial administration of the community, and, in some cases, oversight of the leasing staff on a day-to-day basis. This position does not have a single designated worksite. Instead, this position is expected to travel between and perform work at multiple properties within a designated market or region. This position is responsible for supporting the Leasing Consultant in the leasing of apartments, ensuring that Fair Housing guidelines are followed, verifying potential resident applications, and leasing apartments if necessary at multiple properties within the position’s designated market or region.What we can offer you:\nOpportunities for career growth \nTotal rewards benefits package \nFamily health insurance, 401(k) match, Vacation, Personal Days, and Sick time \nCustomized training programs \nAssociate referral bonus plan \nDiverse, equitable, and inclusive work environment \nA culture that empowers you to make a difference \nWhat you’ll do to make a difference:\nPost rental collections and make bank deposits \nMeet regularly with the Community Manager and Regional Manager to discuss community performance \nConduct monthly market surveys and recommend pricing changes \nMaintain and update resident lease files and computer records for the community, including generation of reports \nProcess notices to vacate & manage delinquency/file evictions as necessary and all associated collections activities \nField resident concerns and coordinate resolution with the Community Manager or other members of the leadership team \nPerform administrative duties as assigned by the Community Manager \nRegular attendance and punctuality \nWhat you bring to our team:\nBA/BS in business, sales, or related field, relevant experience, or a combination \nStrong collections experience and Accounting/Bookkeeping skills required \nOnesite/Rent Roll experience preferred \n1+ years of property management industry experience preferred \nPrevious supervisory experience preferred \nPrevious leasing experience preferred \nStrong working knowledge of MS Office Suite including MS Excel required \nOnesite knowledge preferred \nMust demonstrate ability to provide exceptional customer service and successfully work on a team \nSuperior interpersonal skills \nPhysical requirements of the job:\nWalking, bending, reaching, climbing, and lifting to 30 lbs.\nAbility to work with mechanical and electrical equipment, as well as hazardous materials\nMust be comfortable with heights and moving heavy objects\nAbout Bell Partners\nOur purpose at Bell Partners is to create communities our residents are proud to call home.
