This role focuses on workflow automation, system integrations, data management, reporting, and process improvement initiatives that help departments work more efficiently and effectively across the Firm.\nThe ideal candidate is technically skilled, solutions-oriented, and comfortable working with multiple platforms to streamline processes, improve data quality, enhance user experiences, and support business operations.\nResponsibilities\nDesign, build, and maintain automated workflows and integrations using Microsoft Power Automate, Zapier, APIs, webhooks, and related technologies.\nConnect and synchronize data across HubSpot, Microsoft 365, SharePoint, website platforms, and other business applications.\nIdentify opportunities to automate manual processes and improve operational efficiency.\nAdminister and maintain HubSpot and other business systems.\nManage CRM records, workflows, forms, automation, lists, reporting, and integrations.\nMaintain data integrity through audits, imports, exports, cleanup projects, segmentation, and governance practices.\nCreate dashboards and reports to measure system utilization, business development activity, engagement, and operational effectiveness.\nAnalyze data and recommend technology-based solutions that improve processes and user adoption.\nManage and update website content, attorney biographies, practice area pages, publications, events, and related digital assets.\nMaintain and enhance the firm's intranet, including employee resources, announcements, navigation, and user support.\nSupport application implementations, upgrades, testing, troubleshooting, and end-user training.\nDocument workflows, system processes, integrations, and technology procedures.\nPartner with IT, Marketing, HR, Finance, and Operations on technology and process improvement initiatives.\nServe as a resource for system support, reporting, automation, and business application administration.\nQualifications\nBachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Information Systems, Business Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.\n2-5 years of experience supporting CRM platforms, business systems, workflow automation tools, digital workplace technologies, or related applications.\nHands-on experience building and maintaining automated workflows and integrations using Microsoft Power Automate, Zapier, APIs, webhooks, and similar technologies.\nExperience troubleshooting integrations, workflow issues, and data synchronization challenges across multiple systems.\nExperience administering HubSpot, Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, or a similar CRM platform strongly preferred.\nStrong understanding of CRM administration, database management, reporting, data governance, and system integration best practices.\nExperience supporting Microsoft 365, SharePoint, intranet platforms, or other business collaboration tools preferred.\nExperience with WordPress or other website content management systems preferred.\nFamiliarity with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Search Console, Power BI, or similar reporting and analytics tools.\nBasic knowledge of HTML and website management principles preferred.\nStrong technical aptitude with the ability to learn new systems quickly and identify opportunities for process improvement.\nExcellent attention to detail when working with data, reporting, system configuration, and automation.\nStrong analytical, organizational, and project management skills.\nAbility to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced professional services environment.\nStrong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users and provide effective training and support.\nExperience in a law firm or professional services environment is a plus.\nCompensation & Benefits\nSalary: $75,000 - $95,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. \nAdditional Compensation: Eligible for discretionary year-end bonus and merit-based increases based on performance. \n Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and paid time off, based on eligibility.\n\nEqual Opportunity Employer: Mandelbaum Barrett PC is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
