Our Product Managers sit at the intersection of deep technical problem solving and customer-centric discovery.\nAs a Product Manager at Mandolin, you’ll own core modules of our platform while also embedding with customers to understand their most complex workflows. You’ll translate those insights into AI-driven solutions that are reliable, intuitive, and scalable. This is a highly cross-functional, customer-facing role that will shape both Mandolin’s product and the way healthcare organizations operate.\nWhat you’ll do\nOwn the strategy, roadmap, and execution for one or more core product modules.\n\nPartner directly with customers, clinicians, and enterprise stakeholders to uncover workflows and pain points.\n\nTranslate field insights into actionable requirements and a clear roadmap for Engineering and Design.\n\nDrive the full product lifecycle -discovery, design, launch, and iteration-balancing speed with long-term scalability.\n\nDefine and track success metrics using data and customer feedback to guide prioritization.\n\nCollaborate closely with Engineering, Customer Success, and Deployment Strategists to ensure end-to-end delivery and adoption.\n\nAdvocate for customer needs while aligning with Mandolin’s broader company strategy.\n\nMust-have experience\n5+ years of product management (or equivalent) in enterprise SaaS, AI/automation, or complex workflows.\n\nProven ability to own a product area end-to-end -from strategy through delivery.\n\nStrong technical fluency;
