M&S people simply “care hard”, and this reflects in our work products, our interactions, and our culture.\nJob Responsibilities:\nCollaborate with the Lead ESA to review existing business requirements and gather new requirements from stakeholders\nConduct fit-gap analyses and present options\nMap current-state and future-state business workflows\nRecommend Oracle configuration updates to optimize business processes\nSupport ESA in implementing new features and/or system changes aligned with approved functional designs\nTroubleshoot application issues through resolution\nLog and manage Oracle Service Requests\nCreate and update functional design documents, technical design documents, and process flows associated with configurations or approved customizations\nDevelop scalable Oracle SQL/PLSQL code including procedures, functions, packages, and triggers\nUpdate existing code to meet evolving requirements\nTune and optimize queries for performance\nBuild or retrofit interfaces, APIs, and data loaders\nSupport custom extensions including Form Personalization and custom.pll\nDiagnose system bottlenecks, debug functional and technical issues, and apply fixes\nSupport testing and user training activities\nPerform additional duties as directed by project team\nProvide bi-weekly status reports\nRequired Skills:\nDemonstrated experience delivering two or more Common Inventory implementations as part of broader ODM/MRP deployments in Oracle eBS R12.13.x.\nDeep functional and technical expertise in ODM, including Inventory and Oracle Master Scheduling/MRP\nAbility to map, fit, and enhance complex \"As-Is\" business processes into Oracle EBS standard functionality\nExpert-level knowledge of ODM/MRP including Inventory setup steps, profile options, and system parameters to optimize performance\nComprehensive understanding of the ODM lifecycle: BOM, Inventory, WIP, MRP, Purchasing, and Costing\nStrong understanding of upstream and downstream integration points\nStrong technical skills: Oracle SQL, PL/SQL, Form personalization, custom.pll, and BI Publisher reports\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills\nFamiliarity with REST APIs\nProficient with MS Office\nDesired Skills:\nExperience with JIRA and GitHub\nKnowledge of Purchasing ASL functionality\nExperience with Mobile supply chain\n*Must be a US Citizen or Permanent Resident\n*This is an onsite role.
