M&S people simply “care hard”, and this reflects in our work products, our interactions, and our culture.\nKey Responsibilities\nPartner with ESA leads and business stakeholders to review, refine, and document business requirements\nConduct fit-gap analyses and deliver clear, actionable solution options\nMap and document current-state and future-state business processes\nRecommend Oracle eBS configuration updates that best support future operational needs\nSupport functional design development and ensure alignment with approved requirements\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process and system changes\nSupport functional testing and user training activities\nDocument functional designs, workflows, and any approved enhancements or process adjustments\nAssist in resolving functional issues and guiding stakeholders through incident closure\nProvide bi-weekly functional status reporting\nRequired Skills:\nMinimum 5 years of functional Oracle R12.2.x eBS experience \nDemonstrated experience delivering two or more full cycle Common Inventory implementations as part of broader ODM/MRP deployments in Oracle EBS R12.13.x\nDeep knowledge of inventory data structures and controls, including item master integrity, sub inventories, locators, UOM Conversions, lot/serial control, and on-hand balance accuracy\nExperience with project-based and multi-org inventory models, including common vs project-specific inventory and impacts on costing, planning, and financial reporting\nDeep understanding of the end-to-end ODM lifecycle, including Inventory, BOM, WIP, MRP, MPS, Purchasing, and Costing\nSolid understanding of integration points across Inventory, Purchasing, Payables, and Project Accounting\nStrong analytical and problem-solving capabilities\nStrong business analysis skills, including process mapping, requirements gathering, and\ndocumentation\nAbility to present functional options and recommendations to business stakeholders\nAbility to interact effectively with project team members and stakeholders\nProficiency in MS Office\nDesired Skills:\nExperience with basic SQL queries\nExperience with Manufacturing Project Accounting and Project Accounting modules\nKnowledge of Purchasing ASL processes and configuration\n*Must be a US Citizen or Permanent Resident\n*This is an onsite role.
