Working closely with key stakeholders, you will ensure that every submission is compliant with customer requests, commercially competitive, and delivered on time.\nThe ability to achieve UK security clearance without restrictions is required for this role.\nKey Responsibilities\nReview tender documents, specifications, and customer requirements to determine bid scope and compliance.\nCoordinate bid activities across internal departments to ensure timely and effective proposal delivery.\nPrepare detailed cost estimates, pricing schedules, and commercial proposals.\nCompile, review, and submit tender documentation in accordance with customer requirements.\nidentify commercial risks and contribute to mitigation strategies.\nMaintain accurate bid documentation and records throughout the tender process.\nAttend bid kick-off meetings, customer clarification meetings, and presentations where required.\nSupport the smooth handover of successful bids to the project delivery team following receipt of purchase orders.\nEnsure all bids comply with company procedures, quality standards, and relevant industry regulations.\nEssential Qualifications & Experience\nDegree or HNC/HND in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, or a related discipline.\nExperience preparing bids, proposals, tenders, or cost estimates.\nLogical and commercially aware.\nGood understanding of project costing and estimating techniques.\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills.\nProficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.\nAbility to work to multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.\nExcellent organisational and project coordination skills.\nCustomer focused.\nDesirable\nExperience using ERP systems, SugarCRM, or estimating software.\nKnowledge of procurement processes and commercial principles.\nExperience working within the UK Ministry of Defence (MOD) sector\nIf you feel you have the skills to join the team, please click 'apply' today, we'd love to hear from you!
