You should be able to understand business problems quickly, create scalable analytical solutions and deliver high-quality outputs at pace.\nExperience and Qualifications\nDegree in a relevant discipline or equivalent practical experience.\nProven experience as a Data Analyst, Business Intelligence Analyst, Supply Chain Analyst, Business Analyst or Operational Performance Analyst.\nExperience within manufacturing, engineering, operations or supply chain environments is highly desirable.\nExperience developing forecasting, planning, production-load or capacity models.\nAbility to lead individual workstreams and collaborate with cross-functional teams.\nStrong potential to develop into a future leadership position.\nTechnical Skills\nAdvanced Excel\nExpert-level Excel capability, including:\nPivotTables and PivotCharts\nPower Query\nXLOOKUP and advanced lookup functions\nComplex formulas and analytical modelling\nData validation, cleansing and transformation\nVBA and macros would be advantageous\nPower BI and Data Visualisation\nStrong Power BI experience, including:\nData modelling\nDAX\nPower Query\nDashboard development\nPerformance optimisation\nExecutive-level reporting\nAutomation and Analytics\nStrong experience in process and reporting automation.\nAbility to build repeatable and scalable analytical solutions.\nUnderstanding of data structures, data cleansing and data-governance principles.\nAbility to convert complex datasets into meaningful business insights and practical recommendations.\nExperience with SQL, Python,
