are currently looking for an experienced Electrical Site Supervisor to join a major construction project in Denmark.\nThis is a hands-on supervisory position where you will take ownership of an electrical work area, leading electrical trades and subcontractors and ensuring works are delivered safely, on schedule and to the required quality standards.\nThe Role\nYou will be responsible for:\nLeading and coordinating electrical trade teams and subcontractors.\nManaging day-to-day electrical site activities and progress.\nDeveloping two-week look-ahead plans and coordinating works with other trades.\nReading and interpreting electrical drawings and schematics.\nEnsuring installations are completed in line with IFC drawings, specifications and project requirements.\nManaging quality inspections, ITPs, snagging and close-out.\nEnsuring RAMS, toolbox talks and site safety requirements are followed.\nCoordinating materials, deliveries and minor procurement requirements.\nTracking manpower and reporting progress to the Construction Manager.\nIdentifying and resolving issues affecting safety, quality, programme or delivery.\nAbout You\nWe're looking for an experienced electrical supervisor or trade leader with:\nA Senior Electrical Trade qualification or equivalent.\n5+ years' site experience in a supervisory/trade leadership capacity.\nExperience on data centre, pharmaceutical, medical device, industrial or commercial projects.\nStrong knowledge of electrical installations, drawings and schematics.\nExperience managing electrical trades and subcontractors.\nGood understanding of construction planning, sequencing and coordination.\nStrong knowledge of site safety, RAMS and quality procedures.\nGood communication and leadership skills.\nA proactive, organised and hands-on approach to site
