you an experienced MEP Project Manager with a background in data centres or other mission-critical environments?\nWe are currently recruiting for an MEP Project Manager to join a team delivering major data centre projects across Europe, taking responsibility for the successful delivery of mechanical, electrical and public health packages from design and pre-construction through to installation, commissioning and handover.\nThis is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working on technically complex projects and wants to be involved in the delivery of critical infrastructure at significant scale.\nThe Role\nYou will take ownership of MEP delivery, working closely with clients, consultants, main contractors, specialist subcontractors and suppliers to ensure projects are delivered safely, on programme, within budget and to the required quality standards.\nYour responsibilities will include:\nManaging MEP packages from design through to commissioning and handover.\nCoordinating mechanical, electrical, BMS, fire protection and ELV systems.\nManaging MEP contractors, subcontractors and specialist suppliers.\nReviewing and coordinating technical design documentation.\nMonitoring programme, cost, quality and project risks.\nLeading technical coordination meetings and resolving interface issues.\nManaging change control and commercial impacts.\nOverseeing testing, commissioning and Integrated Systems Testing (IST).\nEnsuring compliance with relevant European standards, regulations and HSE requirements.\nAbout You\nWe are looking for an experienced MEP Project Manager with:\n5-10+ years' experience in MEP project management or senior MEP delivery.\nProven experience working on data centre or mission-critical projects.\nStrong understanding of mechanical and electrical building services.\nExperience with systems including MV/LV, UPS, generators, HVAC, chilled water, CRAH/CRAC, BMS and fire protection.\nExperience delivering Tier III/Tier IV facilities would be highly advantageous.\nStrong commissioning and handover experience.\nExcellent contractor, stakeholder and multidisciplinary team management skills.\nGood programme, commercial and risk management experience.\nExperience with P6 or MS Project.\nA relevant engineering or building services qualification.\nThe Opportunity\nYou will be joining a team
