are looking for a Manufacturing Engineer to support the development and implementation of manufacturing processes, production methods and continuous improvement initiatives within a complex technologies and ways of working where appropriate.\nKey Responsibilities\nDevelop and implement manufacturing processes, procedures and production layouts.\nSupport assembly, equipment installation, fabrication, processing and material handling activities.\nIdentify and implement opportunities to improve efficiency, quality and cost.\nIntroduce and support new manufacturing technologies, including automation, robotics and computer-aided manufacturing systems.\nUse 3D model data to optimise manufacturing processes and develop digital work instructions.\nDefine manufacturing operations, procedures and build sequences based on materials, equipment and process requirements.\nAssess the performance and efficiency of manufacturing equipment, tooling and associated technologies.\nInvestigate manufacturing issues and support corrective actions to improve performance.\nUse manufacturing data to support statistical process control and continuous improvement.\nDevelop and support reporting and data analytics solutions to identify trends and improvement opportunities.\nProvide manufacturing input into product design, helping to ensure designs can be effectively manufactured using appropriate equipment and processes.\nWork collaboratively with engineering and production teams to deliver manufacturing improvements.\nAbout You\nThe successful candidate will have experience within a manufacturing or engineering environment, with a good understanding of manufacturing processes and continuous improvement.\nYou will be comfortable working with engineering data and collaborating across different functions to identify problems and implement practical solutions.\nExperience could include:\nManufacturing or Production Engineering.\nProcess development and optimisation.\nAssembly, fabrication or production processes.\nLean manufacturing and continuous improvement.\n3D CAD or model-based manufacturing environments.\nDigital work instructions or manufacturing software.\nAutomation, robotics or other manufacturing technologies.\nStatistical process control and manufacturing data analysis.\nEquipment, tooling and process performance improvement.\nWorking closely with product design and engineering teams.\nA relevant engineering qualification or equivalent practical experience would be beneficial.\nThe
