Experience managing, mentoring, or coordinating specialists is highly valued.\n\nYOUR MAIN RESPONSABILITIES:\nDefine and lead GEO strategy\nOwn MANGO's global GEO strategy across all markets and domains.\nDefine where and how MANGO should appear across AI search and generative engines, including\nChatGPT, Perplexity, Google AI Overviews, Gemini and similar platforms.\nIdentify new opportunities as AI search and customer behaviour evolve.\nRepresent GEO in cross-functional planning (site migrations, new markets, replatforming and major\ndigital initiatives).\nTechnical SEO & site health\nOwn the technical requirements that enable MANGO to be found and understood by search engines\nand AI systems.\nOversee crawlability, indexation, site architecture, internal linking and Core Web Vitals across web\nand app.\nLead technical audits and drive remediation of issues (duplicate content, redirects, hreflang/i18n for\nthe multi-market setup, structured data/schema markup) together with Engineering.\nEnsure GEO requirements are considered in new platforms, technologies and site developments.\nAI search\nMonitor how MANGO and its products appear in AI-generated answers and recommendations.\nTrack MANGO's visibility, mentions and citations across priority AI platforms and queries.\nUnderstand why MANGO is or is not being surfaced and identify actions to improve visibility.\nTest new approaches and build best practices as AI search evolves.\nContent & product optimization\nPartner with Content, Product and Merchandising teams to improve product and content visibility.\nEnsure product information is complete, structured and easy for AI systems to understand.\nIdentify gaps in product information, taxonomy and content that limit visibility.\nApply GEO principles across product pages, editorial content, video, creator content and commerce content.\nExternal visibility\nIdentify external sources that influence how AI systems represent and recommend MANGO.\nWork with relevant teams to strengthen MANGO's presence in important external sources and discovery ecosystems.\nMonitor how competitors are represented across AI search and identify opportunities for MANGO.\n\nMeasurement, testing and cross-team collaboration\nDefine the GEO measurement framework with Analytics.\nMeasure AI visibility, citations, mentions, recommendations, traffic and revenue.\nIdentify opportunities through search demand, customer queries and competitive analysis.\nLead GEO experiments and measure their impact.\nManage GEO tooling and vendor relationships.\nEstablish GEO standards and ways of working across relevant central and local teams.\nABOUT YOU:\nDegree in Marketing, Communications, Computer Science or similar.\n6+ years of experience in SEO, organic growth, search or digital marketing, ideally in eCommerce or multi-market retail environments.\nHands-on experience with technical SEO (crawling, indexation, Core Web Vitals, structured data, hreflang).\nStrong understanding of Generative Engine Optimization (GEO), AI-powered search and LLMs.\nExperience with SEO tooling such as Google Search Console, Screaming Frog, Semrush/Ahrefs, log-file analysis, and AI-visibility monitoring tools.\nExperience partnering with Engineering/Tech, Product and Content teams to prioritize and implement improvements.\nExperience managing or mentoring specialists.\nInternational eCommerce experience strongly preferred.\n· Temporary contract covering an indefinite period.\nYOUR BENEFITS\nEnjoy flexible working hours and a hybrid work model adapted to your needs.
