Nos enorgullece llevar la moda más allá, conectando nuestro estilo único con personas de todo el mundo.\nYOUR NEW ROLE:\nThe Regional Business Controller is responsible for maximizing the financial and commercial performance of all points of sale, acting as a strategic business partner and ensuring sound decision-making based on data.\nYOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:\nLead the overall performance analysis of points of sale, turning data into strategic insights that support decision-making and business growth.\nAct as a key partner to Retail Management, actively influencing the definition and execution of the commercial and financial strategy.\nLead the financial planning process (budget and forecast), ensuring alignment with business objectives and anticipating risks and opportunities.\nDrive performance optimization initiatives across the store network, maximizing profitability through commercial, operational, and efficiency levers.\nContinuously assess the contribution and sustainability of the store portfolio, identifying optimization opportunities.\nPromote a data-driven culture by encouraging the use of analytical tools and ensuring the quality and consistency of information.\nProactively identify trends, risks, and opportunities, anticipating deviations and defining high-impact action plans.\nTranslate financial complexity into clear and actionable messages, facilitating decision-making at all levels of the organization.\nLead the continuous improvement of processes, reporting, and tools, increasing the efficiency and impact of the controlling function on the business.\nCollaborate cross-functionally with key areas (Finance, Product, Supply Chain, Retail) to ensure the achievement of business objectives.\nABOUT YOU:\nDegree in Business Administration, Economics, or Engineering, preferably.\nMinimum of 5 years of experience in controlling, FP&A, or finance.\nPrevious experience in the retail/textile sector will be valued.\nStrong analytical and financial skills, with a decision-making mindset.\nAdvanced command of Excel and Microsoft Office; knowledge of Power BI or other Business Intelligence tools will be a plus.\nAdvanced level of Spanish and English; other languages will be valued.\nExcellent communication skills, with the ability to adapt messages to different stakeholders.\nStrategic mindset, with a strong business and results orientation.\nHigh level of proactivity, autonomy, and ownership.\nTUS BENEFICIOS:\nDisfruta de un horario flexible y trabajo híbrido que se adapta a tus necesidades.
