The primary objective is to ensure that products meet quality standards, regulatory requirements, and brand expectations while optimizing processes.\nMAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:\nDesign and implement the quality management system across all production phases.\nSupervise and ensure compliance with quality regulations and standards.\nDefine and implement quality standards for raw materials, processes, and finished products.\nCoordinate inspections and audits in factories and with suppliers around the world.\nLead and train quality teams.\nCollaborate with purchasing, design, and production departments to enhance product quality and minimize defects.\nAnalyze and manage customer complaints, identifying root causes and implementing improvement plans.\nDevelop key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess quality and provide periodic reports to senior management. REQUIREMENTS:\nBachelor's degree in Textile Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
