What You'll Do
Lead cross-functional projects spanning engineering, operations, and go-to-market.
Own end-to-end execution of RL Environments delivery for strategic customers and projects.
Report progress directly to the founders and work on some of the most impactful problems at the company.
Required Qualifications
Strong technical background - a CS degree is ideal; at minimum, the ability to do data analytics using SQL or Python.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to own ambiguous, cross-functional projects end-to-end, balancing speed vs quality.
An entrepreneurial mindset - excited to build things from scratch.
Strong communication skills and a bias toward ownership
Preferred Qualifications
2+ years leading a team, developing product or operational processes, or as a SWE
Prior experience at startups / high-growth companies, in consulting, or tackling operational challenges
Experience with human data / applied AI - specifically in post-training / RL
