In this role you will work across the entire stack to develop features that make our business processes efficient and effective.\nAs a Senior Fullstack Engineer at Mangomint, you'll join a small, technical team where your impact will be immediately visible. You'll have meaningful ownership over the features you build and the decisions that shape them. This position is perfect for someone who thrives with autonomy, values flexibility, and is excited to build internal products for their colleagues.\nIn the Senior Fullstack Engineer role at Mangomint you will:\nBuild new features in our CRM (Next.js) and automations within our workflow automation platform (FastAPI and Inngest).\n\nPartner with teams to understand their workflows and build solutions to automate them and improve them.\n\nDevelop agentic solutions for enrichment, task automation, etc.\n\nContribute ideas that help shape our internal products as they evolves\n\nTake ownership of the features you build, from planning and implementation to monitoring and refinement\n\nTechnologies You Will Work With\nFrontend: TypeScript, Next.js, Tailwind CSS, Shadcn/ui\n\nBackend: Node, Python, PostgreSQL, Snowflake, FastAPI, Inngest\n\nInfra: Supabase, Vercel, AWS, Snowflake\n\nAI: Codex, Claude Code, Claude Design\n\nWhile experience with our stack is helpful, we care more about your engineering skills and your ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies.\nWhat We’re Looking For\n5+ years of professional experience in web development\n\nExpertise in JavaScript/TypeScript, with deep experience in modern SPA frameworks such as React, Next.js (preferred), or Vue.js\n\nExperience with orchestration tools such as Inngest, Temporal, Prefect, Airflow, etc.\n\nComfortable using and managing agentic coding tools like Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, etc. for feature development and code review\n\nComfortable with ambiguity, fast iteration, and taking ownership of outcomes\n\nExcellent communication and collaboration skills.
