incidents according to agreed procedures and SLAs\n\nCompleting daily IT checks and investigating causes of incidents, and seeking resolutions based on agreed SLAs\n\nBuilding new laptop and desktop workstations and carrying out IT deployments and moves\n\nManaging company IT assets: ordering, maintaining stock, providing to users, tracking,\n\nWriting and updating technical and process documentation\n\nInstalling and configuring software for macOS, Windows, iOS, and Android.\n\nAssisting with maintaining our offices’ IT infrastructure: ranging from Wi-fi to server installations to telephony and video conference equipment.\n\nAdditional project work as instructed by management where necessary\n\nQualifications\n5+ years of Helpdesk/ServiceDesk experience\n\nExperience with Google Workspace (G-Suite)\n\nExperience troubleshooting Mac OS & iOS\n\nExposure to MDM products like Jamf and Intune\n\nActive Directory administration\n\nExperience with Service Desk ticketing systems such as Jira\n\nExperience with supporting Windows and Microsoft Office365 suite of products\n\nUnderstanding of basic networking, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, etc\n\nDecent security awareness and
