If you are someone who is proficient with various creative software and have strong communication/collaboration skills, we want to hear from you!\n\nLocation: Columbia, MO \nSalary: $50,000 salary\nThe Role:\nThis role provides essential day-to-day design support across StorageMart, Manhattan Mini Storage, and third-party management services, handling the volume and turnaround-driven work that keeps campaigns, social, and facility marketing running smoothly. This role executes on templates, email design, social graphics, photo/video editing, and quick-turn asset requests, working closely with the Senior Multimedia Designer to stay aligned on brand standards.\n\nWhat You’ll Do:\nAssist with campaign concept planning, campaign asset creation, social media graphic production, helping increase overall output and quality.\nSupport campaign graphic production across digital and print channels.\nProduce a la carte, quick-turn assets such as business cards, Google review cards, Google post images, and third-party management requests.\nExecute web design graphics, banners, and other web-ready visual assets in support of landing pages and digital initiatives.\nUse approved AI-assisted design and photo editing tools to support day-to-day asset production, following brand and quality guidelines.\nEdit outsourced facility and customer photography for use in marketing materials, web, social media, and digital campaigns.\nEdit video content for marketing campaigns, social media, and internal use.\nSupport basic motion graphics work as needed and A/B testing of paid social creative in collaboration with the Performance Marketing team.\nDevelop and maintain templates and \"grab and go\" style assets that empower marketing, training, HR, and other teams to self-serve on-brand materials.\nAdapt existing designs to different formats and sizes for various platforms (social, print, digital).\nWork closely with the Senior Multimedia Designer to ensure all designs adhere to the correct brand guidelines for each brand, keeping StorageMart and Manhattan Mini Storage voice and visual identity distinct.\nExecute design work for sports partnerships, including in-stadium signage and digital ads.\nCollaborate cross-functionally with the Marketing team and other departments to support campaigns, launches, and events.\nHelp organize and maintain the company's library of photos, videos, and design files.\nAssist with other design-related tasks as needed, including layouts, presentations, and ad hoc projects.\n\nWhat We’re Looking For:\nBachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, Visual Arts, or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.\n1-3 years of experience in graphic and/or multimedia design, ideally within a marketing or creative team environment.\nProficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) required.\nExperience with video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar.\nFamiliarity with motion graphics software (After Effects).\nBasic knowledge of web design and layout best practices.\nFamiliarity with AI-assisted design tools (e.g., Adobe Firefly, generative fill, AI photo editing) and willingness to adopt new tools as approved.\nPortfolio required, showcasing graphic design work; photo editing and video samples a plus.\nCreativity and strong visual storytelling instincts.\nAttention to detail and commitment to high-quality, on-brand work.\nAbility to manage multiple projects and quick-turn requests in a fast-paced environment.\nStrong communication and collaboration skills.\nComfort taking direction and feedback from both the Multimedia Designer and Marketing Manager.\nAdaptability across two distinct brand voices.\n\nNeeded Availability\nIn office Columbia, MO Monday-Friday 8:00a-5:00p\n\nPhysical Requirements:\nExerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects.\nRepetitive motion.
