You're the engineer in the room who can speak fluently about the product while also shipping it. Success is measured by expansions and renewals, not sprint velocity.\nWhat You’ll Do\nBuild custom software solutions tailored to individual enterprise customer needs\n\nPresent solutions directly to customers and prospects, including at conferences\n\nScope and respond to RFPs, owning the technical narrative end to end\n\nPartner with Sales, CS, and Account Management to close and expand deals\n\nIdentify when to build custom versus accelerate a core product initiative\n\nTranslate customer pain points into scoped, buildable product specs\n\nWhat We're Looking For\n3+ years of software engineering experience\n\nExperience delivering production-grade customer solutions that require structured execution, testing/validation, and iteration\n\nConfident leading customer conversations, demos, and presentations\n\nAbility to communicate clearly with senior technical stakeholders, translate requirements into implementation plans, and drive delivery\n\nExperience in a commercial or sales-adjacent engineering role\n\nAbility to scope technical solutions quickly under deal timelines\n\n Even Better If...\nHave relevant experience in a technical customer-facing role (e.g., solutions engineering, forward-deployed engineering, technical consulting, implementation engineering, technical product/PM, or similar).\n\nExperience building with or around LLMs / AI agents (prompting, evaluation, guardrails, tooling, workflow design, etc.)\n\nThis is for you if....\nYou want your engineering work to directly drive revenue and customer outcomes.
