You'll manage a high-volume, multi-jurisdiction caseload - spanning work permits, business travel, renewals, and permanent residence - across multiple countries simultaneously. This role is the connective tissue between clients, network partners, and Manifest attorneys, and success is measured in on-time, accurate, compliant outcomes.\nWhat You'll Do\nManage global immigration cases end-to-end within contractual SLAs across multiple jurisdictions\n\nDeliver eligibility assessments, case strategy, and realistic timelines to clients and assignees\n\nServe as primary contact for client HR, Global Mobility, Talent Acquisition, and Legal stakeholders\n\nCoordinate network partners and vendors, holding them to timelines and quality standards\n\nMonitor legislative changes across assigned jurisdictions and translate them into client guidance\n\nTrack cases, milestones, and documentation in Manifest's platform to stay audit-ready\n\nIdentify and implement workflow, template, or automation improvements that reduce processing time\n\nWhat We're Looking For\nMust-haves:\n5+ years of corporate immigration experience outside the U.S., at a firm, provider, or in-house\n\nBachelor’s degree or equivalent practical work experience\n\nHands-on case management across multiple jurisdictions, including work permits and permanent residence\n\nProven SLA and KPI delivery on high-volume enterprise programs\n\nExperience directing external network partners or vendors\n\nStrong communication skills with HR, Mobility, and Legal stakeholders under escalation pressure\n\nExceptional organization and accuracy managing concurrent deadlines\n\nNice-to-haves:\nDepth in enterprise markets such as the UK, Canada, Germany, India, Singapore, or Australia\n\nExperience on both provider and in-house sides of global mobility\n\nFamiliarity with business traveler compliance or permit-expiry tracking programs\n\nExposure to U.S. immigration and its intersection with global assignments\n\nAdditional language skills\n\nThis is for you if...\nYou want to help build a global immigration practice, not just maintain one.
