You'll own the development of secure client portals and enterprise-grade systems - from architecture to production.\nWhat You’ll Do\nBuild and ship full-stack features end-to-end across our legal tech platform\n\nDesign and maintain production-grade APIs with proper error handling and documentation\n\nArchitect secure client portals and case management systems with complex permissions\n\nIntegrate LLMs and AI workflows into document processing and automation features\n\nContribute to database design and backend architecture using PostgreSQL\n\nDeploy and manage services on cloud infrastructure, preferably GCP\n\n What We're Looking For\nMust-haves:\n10+ years of fullstack development with strong Node.js and TypeScript expertise\n\nProven track record delivering features that produce measurable business outcomes\n\nExperience building production APIs with monitoring, error handling, and documentation\n\nStrong PostgreSQL or relational database design skills\n\nHands-on cloud platform experience - GCP preferred, AWS or Azure acceptable\n\nDaily use of AI coding tools (Cursor, Copilot, or similar) for 50%+ of your workflow\n\nNice-to-haves:\nExperience at AI-native companies such as Cursor, Replit, Vercel, or similar\n\nBackground building client portals, CRMs, or case management systems\n\nPython knowledge for AI/ML tooling and integration\n\nFamiliarity with legal tech or other regulated industries\n\nThis is for you if....\nYou treat AI tools as core to how you architect and ship software.
