As a Coach, you will mentor and guide fellow pet care professionals, providing expert advice and support to help them grow and succeed in the pet industry. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about business development, networking, and sharing their industry knowledge to empower others.\nKey Responsibilities\nIdentify needs of prospects and clients based on consulting calls and coaching work, providing input for resolution based on excellent care quality, customer service and brand values.\nAssist members with goal setting to resolve those needs and achieve business growth using The Dog Guru’s program resources, tools, online training and personal experience.\nProvide coaching and mentorship to pet care business owners to improve operations, customer service, and team management via monthly Zoom.\nFacilitate mastermind calls with assigned profit network clients monthly.\nParticipate in monthly Zoom coaching sessions with all coaches.\nCreate and share educational content during group coaching sessions for all TDG programs as needed.\nAttend, present, and assist in running The Dog Gurus' yearly live event if applicable, including delivering presentations on assigned topics.\nContribute to the annual virtual event, including hosting sessions, facilitating discussions, and engaging with participants.\nShare industry expertise and best practices to help business owners overcome challenges and achieve success.\nComfortable reviewing financial statements and assisting clients with financial systems, pricing and budgeting.\nFoster a collaborative and supportive coaching environment for pet care professionals.\nManage scheduling, email communication, and coaching documentation efficiently.\nWhat We’re Looking For\n Experience. Minimum of five (5) years as a current or former owner/operator of a pet care service business.\nCommitment. Ability to dedicate at least 10 hours per month for onboarding and coaching duties.\nIndustry Values. Strong emphasis on pet care quality, exceptional customer service, and team-building.\nCommunication Skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.\nOrganizational Skills. Strong time management, calendar management, and email handling skills.\nCollaboration. A willingness to share knowledge and support a network of pet care business owners.\nAdministrative.
