The position involves translating master creative concepts into various formats, including social media, digital display, motion graphics, OOH, and CRM assets. Responsibilities include resizing, versioning, and localizing creatives while maintaining strong attention to layout, typography, and brand consistency. The role also covers producing motion graphics, creating animation cutdowns, and supporting HTML5 banner production, all within structured workflows and naming conventions. Close collaboration with the Senior Creative Designer is essential, along with efficient campaign management, clear communication, and fast implementation of feedback to support overall team productivity.\n What You’ll Do:\nCampaign Production & Asset Execution\nAdapt the master creative into:\nSocial media (organic and paid, static and motion)\nDigital display (static and dynamic HTML5)\nAnimation and motion cutdowns\nDigital & static OOH\nEmail and CRM assets\nResize, version and localise campaign creative\nPrepare files according to platform specifications\nEnsure accuracy across typography, spacing, layout and brand application\nMotion & Dynamic Creative\nProduce simple to mid-level motion graphics\nAdapt supplied animation files into multiple cutdowns\nHTML5 banner builds\nFollow structured file setups and naming conventions\nWorkflow & Collaboration\nWork within defined production workflows\nManage your time across multiple live campaigns\nCommunicate clearly with the Senior Creative Designer\nTake feedback constructively and implement revisions quickly\nSupport team efficiency through organised file management\nExecution Excellence\nFollow creative direction and written briefs accurately, ensuring work aligns with the intended concept and requirements.\nRead and interpret briefs carefully, asking questions early if anything is unclear rather than making assumptions.\nConsistently deliver work that is complete, accurate, and ready for review with minimal rework.\nMaintain exceptional attention to detail across layouts, typography, spacing, imagery, animation, file naming, and export specifications.\nSelf-review all work before submission to ensure it meets the brief, technical specifications, and quality standards.\nTake ownership of quality control, identifying and resolving issues before assets are handed over or delivered to clients.\nRequirements\n Must-have Skills/Qualification:\nComfortable with this role being a contract role (6-12 months)\n4+ years’ experience in digital design or motion.\nExperience working in Gaming, Sports Betting, or Casino industries (Advantageous).\nStrong experience executing campaign assets across social and display\nUnderstanding of digital ad specifications and export requirements\nStrong layout and typography fundamentals\nHigh attention to detail and structured working style\nProficient in using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), and After Effects.\nHave a strong portfolio showcasing motion graphics, campaign executions, and digital ad assets.\nCandidate must have their own equipment (Laptop).\nBonus If You Have:\nExperience working with international creative teams.\nExperience setting up offshore production teams.\nFamiliarity with ad-serving platforms and performance-driven creative.\nHTML5 banner production and Figma\nJob type: Contract\nEmp type: Full-time\nSchedule: Monday -
