highly diversified and collaborative team.\nDuties & Responsibilities:\nNetSuite and simPRO administration\nAdminister and configure NetSuite and simPRO on a day-to-day basis.\nConfigure and maintain NetSuite forms, fields, SuiteFlow workflows, saved searches, SuiteAnalytics, approvals, templates and alerts.\nConfigure and maintain simPRO system settings, cost centres, catalogues and prebuilds, forms, templates and automations.\nImplement approved item-master, pricing and costing requirements within the systems, including field setup, upload templates and data mapping.\nTest configuration changes and vendor releases in a sandbox environment before production deployment.\nManage production releases, including regression checks, change documentation, business impact communication and rollback planning.\nTechnical support and service management\nAct as the first point of technical support for NetSuite and simPRO administration requests and incidents.\nMaintain a simple support intake process and triage requests by urgency, complexity and ownership.\nResolve day-to-day configuration and administration issues directly, and identify work that requires project scheduling, escalation or vendor support.\nMonitor support activity through JIRA reporting, including request volumes, priorities, resolution times, workload distribution and recurring themes.\nUse recurring support issues to identify opportunities for system improvements, stronger controls or user guidance.\nIntegrations and technical development\n• Monitor integrations that connect with NetSuite or simPRO, including integrations with third-party platforms.\nDiagnose integration failures, identify root causes and resolve data or configuration issues within NetSuite and simPRO.\nWork with relevant teams where user input, training or upstream data quality is affecting integration performance.\nMaintain and document the NetSuite API so internal teams and vendors can build against it reliably.\nBuild minor scripts or integrations that sit entirely within NetSuite where appropriate.\nCoordinate complex integration changes with internal system owners and external vendors.\nMaintain accurate reporting on integration health and processing outcomes.\nReporting and data quality\nBuild and maintain NetSuite saved searches, operational reports and dashboards.\nReview and remove duplicate, redundant or outdated saved searches and reports.\nMaintain a defined set of trusted operational reports that remain accurate, accessible and easy to find as systems and data change.\nInvestigate data-quality issues within NetSuite and simPRO and correct the relevant system configuration or mapping.\nTechnical advisory and change support\nAdvise internal teams on what NetSuite and simPRO can support, including system constraints, dependencies and downstream impacts.\nAssess the technical feasibility and impact of proposed operational or process changes.\nProvide technical input into system architecture and improvement initiatives while the relevant business owner retains responsibility for process design and decisions.\nScope larger technical requests and coordinate their prioritisation, scheduling or escalation.\nSecurity and access management\nConfigure and maintain user roles and permissions across NetSuite and simPRO.\nImplement access controls and segregation-of-duties requirements agreed with the relevant business owners.\nConduct regular access reviews and identify excessive, inappropriate or conflicting permissions for resolution.\nConfigure accounts and permissions to reduce the risk of unauthorised changes or unintended impacts to integrations.\nVendor management\nManage day-to-day relationships with NetSuite, simPRO and relevant implementation or integration partners.\nCoordinate technical support, incident escalation and complex delivery with vendors.\nManage vendor support arrangements, contracts or retainers and maintain clear escalation paths and support contacts.\nEnsure vendor support can be accessed reliably when required, including when the role holder is unavailable.\nSystems documentation\nDocument system configuration, technical setup, integration behaviour and API requirements.\nRecord technical resolutions and the reasoning behind previous system fixes.\nMaintain structured, current and accessible documentation so critical knowledge is not dependent on one person.\nSupport onboarding and knowledge transfer by keeping key system documentation indexed and easy to locate.\nRequirements\n4+ years minimum experience of hands on NetSuite Administration experience\nRelevant experience in NetSuite Administrator, ERP Systems, Business Systems Administrator, Applications Administrator, NetSuite Technical Consultant\nSystem Configuration and ongoing support\nIntegrations and Troubleshooting\nReporting and saved searches, roles permissions and access management experience\nStrong practical
