Since 2016, they've moved to Utah and grown to now have an incredible team always pushing the limits of what can fit in a ring and how it can be captured on film.\nHeadquarters located in Lindon, Utah.\nTHIS IS NOT A REMOTE POSITION\nThe Customer Service Associate will report into the Customer Service Manager. You’ll be primarily handling customer service phones, chats and emails for our eCommerce store. While it isn't rocket science, we do have several policies and lots of products on our website, so you must be willing to dive-in, take notes, and become a master of your domain. We are a safe-haven for folks who are sick of ordinary, lack-luster customer service and who are ready for something a little more exciting. We treat our customers AND our employees like family. BUT we aren't your mom, so you must be able to work with little supervision.\nPrimary Responsibilities\nTake phone calls, chats and emails for our eCommerce store\nMeet weekly goal expectations\nOffer creative customer solutions with a unique customer service experience\nMust-have Qualifications / Experience\nMust be comfortable working on a variety of web-based apps and programs\nFamiliarity with Shopify is a plus\nMac familiarity is a plus\nLooking for someone who is can stay on task\nSelf-starter, organized, self-disciplined, good time management skills, compassionate, detail oriented, and driven\nMust interact well with others\nBrownie Points\nSense of humor is a plus.
