Empathic communicator, able to see things from the other person's point of view\nPossess strategic thinking, planning, analytical and problem solving skills \nMust be able to work individually and in a team\nKnowledge of TS 16949 and ISO 14001 requirements\nExperience in mass production; improving existing production processes\nStrong understanding of safety requirements \nBilingual English / Spanish a plus\nMust be able to read, understand and comply with written and verbal instructions, company processes and procedures and safety policies\nMust be able to lift a minimum of 50lbs.\nMust be authorized to work in the United States\nWork Environment\n While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently exposed to moving mechanical equipment such as forklifts and other machinery.
