Summary\nThe main responsibilities of the Sales Account Manager - OE will be account management of the Stellantis customer account along with several Asian & European OEMs. Other customers could be within scope from time to time based on workloads of broader sales teams.\nMain Tasks\nProvide ongoing support to customers to ensure high quality customer service and represent voice of customer in internal discussions\nResponsible for managing and driving company KPIs: acquisition opportunities, P&L, and managing internal costs\nSupport the customer projects from a technical as well as commercial perspective from the initial phase until delivery regarding budget, deadlines etc. including feasibility studies \nPrepare and conduct negotiations related to project scope and engineering changes during the development and production phase \nSupport sales planning for both short and long term strategy, while working in the planning system Manage process and communicate with local and global teams\nPresent programs to other departments and local leadership forums \nTravel locally, domestically, and internationally as necessary to MANN+HUMMEL or customer locations to support programs \nExperience\nEducation:\nBachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business Administration or a related field\nExperience:\n3+ years of relevant business sales experience and proven success in the automotive industry\n1+ year minimum sales contract negotiation experience \nRequired Skills:\nCustomer orientation, organization and coordination skills, self-initiative and ability to work well under pressure\nResponsible, respectful, and can adapt themselves to very dynamic situations\nAbility and willingness to work off hours when necessary\nStrong and assertive, while respectful\nConflict management and business communication skills\nStrategic, creative & innovative\nMust be able to travel local, domestic, and some international as necessary (up to 20%) \nPreferred Experience and Skills:\nStellantis or other automotive OE customer account experience is a
