This role is process-heavy, focusing on designing, optimizing, implementing and supporting end-to-end supply chain processes in S/4HANA Public Cloud. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders to drive process improvements across procurement, inventory, and planning, while coordinating with technical teams for reporting and integrations.\nJOB RESPONSIBILITIES\nLead design and configuration of SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud SCM processes (Procurement, Inventory, Planning, Logistics)\nDrive business process workshops, requirement gathering, and solution design\nDefine and optimize end-to-end supply chain processes across modules\nCollaborate with technical teams for reporting and integration requiremen ts\nValidate and review reports and analytics outputs to meet business needs\nCoordinate integration scenarios with internal and external systems (APIs, middleware) from a functional perspective\nLead and support testing activities (unit testing, integration testing, UAT)\nDevelop and deliver end-user training and process documentation\nProvide functional troubleshooting and post-go-live support\nREQUIREMENTS\nEducation:\nBachelor’s degree in a related field\nExperience and Skills:\n5 + years of SAP SCM / Supply Chain experience in manufacturing or industrial environments\nMinimum 1 full-cycle SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud implementation (mandatory)\nStrong hands-on experience with:\nProcurement, Inventory Management, and Planning processes\nEnd-to-end supply chain process design and optimization\n\nPrevious experience working with business stakeholders and leading workshops\nGood understanding of reporting and integration concepts (no heavy technical development experience required)\nStrong understanding of integration across SAP modules\nProven experience in supporting testing and training\nStrong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills\nAbility and availability to travel up to 50% as needed (mainly domestic U.S., but could include additional global travel to Canada and Europe)\nPreferred Additional Experience, Skills, and Certifications:\nExperience with SAP Activate methodology\nFamiliarity with SAP BTP, CPI, and reporting tools (functional awareness sufficient)\nExperience in supply chain transformation or process improvement initiatives\nPrior consulting experience in client-facing roles\nAbility to work independently in a fast-paced environment\nCollaborative and proactive approach\nExperience in agile project delivery environments\nSAP S/4HANA SCM or Public Cloud Certification\n#LI -
