Degree is a plus.\nMinimum 3-5 years of Customer Service, Sales, Account Management experience.\nExperience with EDI, SAP, and/or ERP systems (implementation experience is a plus). \nStrong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (PivotTables, lookups, formulas, macros, conditional formatting), along with strong analytical capabilities. \nExceptional interpersonal skills, including strong written and verbal communication. \nStrong time-management, prioritization, and decision-making abilities. \nCustomer-first attitude and collaborative approach. \nAnalytical mindset with the ability to interpret and present data. \nAbility to develop and maintain relationships while collaborating cross-functionally within areas of the business. \nAttend Customer Review Meetings and provide order inquiry updates.\nDemonstration of growth mindset by embracing the qualities of agility, curiosity, accountability, and innovation consistent with MANN+HUMMEL’s Culture.\nMust be able to lift up to 25lbs.\nMust be able to read, understand and comply with written and verbal instructions\nMust be authorized to work in the United States.\nPlease note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.
