This individual will identify opportunities to improve productivity, optimize labor and material flow, reduce costs, and strengthen operational standards while supporting the implementation and continuous improvement of the MANN+HUMMEL Production System (MHPS).\nMain Tasks\nLead and support continuous improvement and Kaizen initiatives across manufacturing and logistics operations.\nIdentify and implement cost reduction opportunities on Non-Material Savings (NMS) and operational efficiency.\nDrive labor optimization and productivity improvements through Lean Manufacturing methodologies.\nAnalyze and optimize material flow, manufacturing processes, and operational performance.\nLead and support manufacturing layout improvements, cellular manufacturing, and optimization initiatives.\nPerform Value Stream Mapping (VSM), time studies, and process analysis to identify improvement opportunities.\nCoordinate the implementation and continuous improvement of the MANN+HUMMEL Production System (MHPS).\nServe as a subject matter expert for MHPS methodologies, Lean tools, and applicable manufacturing standards.\nConduct and coordinate 5S, Production Basics, and operational standards audits and assessments.\nDevelop and support corrective actions to ensure compliance with standards and continuous improvement.\nSupport improvement initiatives related to Productivity, OEE, Scrap, Labor Efficiency, etc.\nPlan, coordinate, and execute improvement projects in alignment with plant objectives and business priorities.\nSupport project evaluations, cost justifications, resource planning, and tracking improvement results.\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to promote Lean principles, standardization, and operational excellence.\nPerform other job-related duties as assigned.\nExperience\nEducation\nBachelor’s degree in industrial, Manufacturing, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.\nExperience\nMinimum of 2 years of experience in Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.\nRequired Skills\nKnowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles and tools.\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.\nAbility to coordinate projects and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.\nGood communication, interpersonal, and facilitation skills.\nProficiency in Microsoft Office applications.\nPreferred Skills\nExperience with SAP or similar ERP systems.\nKnowledge of AutoCAD or similar software for manufacturing layouts and process improvements.\nExperience in Value Stream Mapping, line balancing, and material flow optimization.\nExperience facilitating Kaizen events and continuous improvement workshops.\nFamiliarity with manufacturing management systems and standards (MHPS, IATF 16949, or similar).\nKnowledge of project cost justification, savings tracking, and basic financial
