administration.\nThe ideal candidate is currently pursuing a degree in Architecture, Engineering, Facility Management, Maintenance Planning, Procurement, Construction Management, or a related discipline and is interested in developing practical experience in facilities and engineering operations.\nMain Tasks\nEngineering Data Administration\nMaintain, update, and validate engineering, asset, and facilities-related data.\nSupport data-quality reviews and help ensure accuracy across systems.\nAssist with organizing equipment records, drawings, specifications, and maintenance documentation.\nCreate and maintain reports, dashboards, and performance-tracking metrics.\nSite Walkthroughs and Facility Assessments\nParticipate in facility inspections and site walkthroughs.\nCollect and verify building, space, equipment, and infrastructure data.\nDocument observations, deficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.\nSupport facility-condition assessments and asset-inventory activities.\nRequirements Gathering\nCollaborate with Engineering, Facilities, Maintenance, Procurement, and business stakeholders to collect operational requirements.\nAssist with documenting facility, maintenance, and system-related processes.\nSupport continuous-improvement initiatives through data collection and stakeholder engagement.\nData Collection, Analysis, and Manipulation\nGather data from various internal systems and sources.\nClean, organize, validate, and analyze datasets.\nDevelop spreadsheets, reports, and presentations to support decision-making.\nIdentify trends, inconsistencies, and opportunities for operational improvement.\nWork Order Management\nSupport the creation, tracking, and closure of maintenance work orders.\nMonitor work-order progress and help ensure documentation remains accurate and complete.\nAssist with preventive-maintenance scheduling and tracking.\nCoordinate with service providers and internal stakeholders as needed.\nIWMS/CMMS Administration\nProvide administrative support for the Integrated Workplace Management System (IWMS) and/or Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).\nEnter, update, and maintain asset, maintenance, and space-management data.\nSupport system testing, user support, reporting, and process documentation.\nAssist with system enhancements and data-migration projects.\nExperience\nRequired\nCurrently enrolled in an Associate’s, Bachelor’s, or Master’s degree program in one of the following areas:Architecture\nArchitectural Engineering\nEngineering, including Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Industrial, or a related discipline\nFacility Management\nConstruction Management\nMaintenance Planning\nProcurement or Supply Chain Management\nA related field\n\nStrong analytical and organizational skills.\nProficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.\nAbility to manage and analyze data accurately and with strong attention to detail.\nStrong written and verbal communication skills.\nAbility to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.\nPreferred\nFamiliarity with facilities management, maintenance operations, or engineering processes.\nExperience with IWMS, CMMS, ERP, or work-order management systems.\nKnowledge of data-management and reporting tools.\nExperience
