The HR Services Generalist will collaborate closely with the Shared Services Center to maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and ensure data integrity across HR platforms. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and customer-focused, with a proactive, solutions-oriented approach to problem-solving\nMain Tasks\nProvide day-to-day HR support to employees and supervisors on the manufacturing floor\nDriving hourly recruitment efforts including posting jobs, screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and onboarding\nCoordinate and support new hire Onboarding and orientation for plant employees\nPartner with the HR Shared Services Center to deliver comprehensive, end-to-end HR services across the employee lifecycle (\"hire to retire\")\nMaintain accurate employee records, timekeeping data, and ensure documentation is compliant with company and legal standards\nHelp enroll and train employees on systems such as HRIS (Human Resources Informational System) platforms like ADP, Success Factors and Workforce\nRespond to employee inquiries related to policies, benefits, and procedures in a timely and professional manner, and escalate to additional resources where applicable\nAssist with employee engagement activities and company events\nSupport safety initiatives and compliance\nParticipate in HR projects and contribute to process improvement efforts\nRespond to unemployment claims and medical support orders as needed, ensuring accurate and timely handling in accordance with legal guidelines\nServe as HR support for staffing agencies, facilitating communication betvæen agency representatives and hiring managers to ensure alignment on staffing needs and processes\nAdditional duties as assigned\nYour Profile\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field experience\nInternship in Human Resources or entry level position in Administration\nProficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) or an equivalent combination of education and relevant\nStrong customer service orientation with excellent interpersonal and communication skills\nStrong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to work independently and manage priorities with minimal supervision\nComfortable working in a fast-paced production/manufacturing setting and engaging with diverse employee groups\nMust be fluent in English-Spanish\nMust be able to lift up to 501bs\nMust be authorized to work in the united States\nPreferred Qualifications\nPrevious HR experience in a manufacturing environment Experience with HR systems such as Workforce Time and Attendance, SuccessFactors, and ADP GlobalView\nPlease note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.
