This role collaborates with cross-functional teams to identify process improvements, establish performance standards, and implement solutions that support operational excellence and business objectives.\nJOB RESPONSIBILITIES\nAnalyze production processes, workflows, and facility layouts to identify opportunities for increased efficiency and cost reduction\nDevelop and implement process improvements using Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement methodologies\nConduct time studies, work measurement analyses, and labor utilization assessments\nEstablish and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions\nEvaluate production data and key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify trends and improvement opportunities\nDesign and optimize manufacturing layouts, material flow, and workstation ergonomics\nSupport capacity planning, staffing models, and production scheduling initiatives\nLead or participate in continuous improvement projects focused on productivity, quality, safety, and cost reduction\nAnalyze equipment performance and recommend modifications or investments to improve operational efficiency\nCollaborate with Operations, Quality, Maintenance, Supply Chain, and Human Resources teams to achieve business goals\nConduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for operational issues\nPrepare reports, presentations, and recommendations for management review\nEnsure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and safety regulations\nOther duties as assigned \nREQUIREMENTS\nEducation:\nBachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field\nExperience:\nMinimum of 10 years’ industrial engineering experience in a fast-paced, high-volume manufacturing or operations environment (or equivalent combination of education and experience)\nExperience with ERP systems and manufacturing execution systems (MES)\nExperience creating process modeling/simulations\nExperience conducting time studies and work measurement analyses \nRequired Skills:\nStrong understanding of Industrial engineering (pieces per line, pieces per minute, cyclic timing, etc.)\nKnowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Kaizen, and continuous improvement principles\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, and project/change management skills\nAbility to design/create manufacturing line layouts\nProficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis tools\nExcellent verbal and written English communication skills\nAbility to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment \nPreferred Certifications, Experience, and Skills:\nLean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification\nAutomotive industry manufacturing experience highly desired\nSAP\nKnowledge of AutoCAD and/or other layout design software\nExperience with process simulation and statistical analysis tools \n#LI -
