ROLE SUMMARY This is an Onsite position based at our location in Fayetteville, NC. No Visa sponsorships are available for this position. The Industrial Engineer analyzes and improves manufacturing, production, and business processes to increase efficiency, reduce costs, improve quality, and optimize resource utilization. This role collaborates with cross-functional teams to identify process improvements, establish performance standards, and implement solutions that support operational excellence and business objectives. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Analyze production processes, workflows, and facility layouts to identify opportunities for increased efficiency and cost reduction Develop and implement process improvements using Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement methodologies Conduct time studies, work measurement analyses, and labor utilization assessments Establish and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions Evaluate production data and key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify trends and improvement opportunities Design and optimize manufacturing layouts, material flow, and workstation ergonomics Support capacity planning, staffing mo
