This role will focus on coordinating activities between internal Business Units, participants, and external stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of Demo Day and follow-through on post-Demo Day activities. In addition, the intern will gain exposure to broader innovation, corporate strategy, partnership, and M&A activities by supporting research, strategic analyses, and opportunity evaluation initiatives.\nThe ideal candidate enjoys project coordination, stakeholder engagement, event management, and working in a fast-paced innovation environment. This position offers hands-on exposure to corporate innovation, startup collaboration, and strategic program execution within a global organization.\nMain Tasks\nMHInnovates Program Coordination\nSupport the planning and execution of MHInnovates activities.\nTrack program timelines, milestones, deliverables, and participant progress.\nCoordinate meetings, workshops, and review sessions with companies, startups, internal teams, and leadership stakeholders.\nMaintain project documentation, action trackers, and program reports.\nBusiness Unit Engagement\nAct as a coordination point between participating Business Units and applicants.\nSchedule and facilitate discussions, update meetings, and milestone reviews.\nEnsure timely collection of feedback, requirements, and evaluation inputs from BU stakeholders.\nFollow up on action items and drive closure of pending tasks.\nDemo Day Planning & Execution\nSupport end-to-end planning and organization of Demo Day.\nCoordinate participant logistics, agenda management, presentations, judges, speakers, and event communications.\nPrepare briefing materials, program updates, presentation decks, and evaluation forms.\nEnsure smooth execution of Demo Day activities and stakeholder engagement.\nPost Demo Day Follow-Up\nTrack outcomes and action items arising from Demo Day.\nCoordinate follow-up meetings between Business Units and problem solvers.\nMonitor pilot opportunities, partnership discussions, and next-step decisions.\nPrepare summary reports, program impact metrics, and management updates.\nCommunication & Stakeholder Management\nSupport communication across global stakeholders involved in MHInnovates.\nDraft emails, newsletters, announcements, and program updates.\nAssist in preparing management presentations and executive summaries.\nMaintain stakeholder databases and communication records.\nResearch & Benchmarking\nConduct research on innovation programs, startup ecosystems, and industry best practices.\nAnalyze trends and identify opportunities to improve future MHInnovates programs.\nSupport ad-hoc innovation management projects as required.\nExperience\nEducation\nCurrently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in:\nBusiness Management\nInnovation Management\nEngineering\nMarketing\nCommunications\nProject Management\nOr a related field\nSkills & Competencies\nStrong project coordination and organizational skills.\nExcellent stakeholder management and communication abilities.\nAbility to manage multiple workstreams and deadlines simultaneously.\nStrong attention to detail and follow-up discipline.\nProficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, and Outlook.\nAbility to prepare professional presentations and reports.\nComfortable engaging with diverse global stakeholders.\nSelf-motivated and able to work independently.\nTechnology and/or programming knowledge preferred\n Preferred Qualifications\nPrevious experience in event management, project coordination, program management, or startup ecosystems.\nExposure to innovation, corporate venture, or accelerator programs.\nExperience coordinating cross-functional teams.\nFamiliarity with creative tool set, project management tools is an advantage.\nFinancial tools preferred and not
