# MAINTENANCE MANAGER

Main Tasks Lead and develop a team of maintenance technicians while promoting accountability, safety, and performance.Manage preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs to maximize equipment reliability and minimize downtime. Oversee maintenance and repair of industrial machinery, electrical systems, PLCs, hydraulics, pneumatics, robotics, HVAC systems, and facility infrastructure. Respond quickly to equipment failures, prioritize repairs, and support production needs. Utilize CMMS systems to manage work orders, maintenance schedules, inventory, and equipment history. Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to prevent recurring equipment issues. Manage maintenance budgets, spare parts inventory, contractor services, and capital projects. Partner with Production, Quality, Safety, and Operations teams to achieve plant performance goals. Ensure compliance with OSHA, Lockout/Tagout, environmental, and company safety requirements. Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on reliability, efficiency, and cost reduction.
