machines, auxiliary equipment, and manufacturing support systems.\nPerform preventive and predictive maintenance to maximize equipment uptime and reliability.\nDiagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.\nSupport mold changeovers and equipment setup activities as needed.\nRead and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, manuals, and technical drawings.\nTroubleshoot motors, drives, sensors, conveyors, pumps, and automated production equipment.\nPerform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to prevent recurring equipment failures.\nComplete maintenance work orders and documentation accurately within the maintenance management system.\nPartner with production, engineering, and quality teams to resolve equipment-related issues.\nAssist with equipment installations, upgrades, and continuous improvement initiatives.\nPerform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on injection molding machines to maximize equipment reliability, uptime, and operational efficiency.\nMaintain a safe work environment and comply with all company safety policies and procedures.\nYour Profile\nQualifications\nHigh School Diploma or GED required.\nTechnical training, apprenticeship, or vocational education in maintenance-related disciplines preferred.\nMinimum of 3 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.\nExperience maintaining and troubleshooting injection molding equipment strongly preferred.\nExperience with hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, and mechanical systems.\nAbility to read and interpret electrical schematics and technical documentation.\nBasic computer skills required.\nPreferred Skills\nExperience supporting injection molding machines\nKnowledge of mold cooling systems, resin handling systems, dryers, and auxiliary equipment.\nPLC troubleshooting experience.\nStrong problem-solving and root cause analysis skills.\nAbility to work independently and manage multiple priorities.\nStrong communication and teamwork skills.\nPhysical Requirements\nAbility to stand, walk, bend, reach, and lift up to 50 pounds.\nAbility to work around moving manufacturing equipment.\nAbility to work overtime and weekends as needed to support production requirements.
